Ok, so sometimes I get busy and have trouble finding time to do all the stuff I have to do, and delivering the things I’ve promised. It doesn’t feel good.
Next month (September 21) I’m doing a lightning talk on videoblogging at Innovationlab’s Knock Knock (“Teknologiske udfordringer for fremtidens medier og kommunikation”).
I’m still working on the presentation itself (input welcome, of course), but for starters, I was asked to send a short presentation. I’ve been busy and somehow it just got pushed to the bottom of my daily to-do list.
Today, Jacob Bøtter made me aware that presentations of the speakers are up, including mine. And without my help.
Blog!
Not tooootally off, as I do indeed work as a consultant and web developer. But Godfather and pioneer? I don’t know. I’m just posting the description as I intend to maybe send the a few changes. It’s all very nice, but I think I would’ve done something a bit more modest. So now I think I’m motivated ;-)
Pioneer? Godfather? I’ll let other people decide on those, but for me, the correct word would be: Guru.
Stoooop ;-)
I’m sure they mean well and that fancy words beef the signup up (no offense to those who wrote it, I should’ve sent something — I will).
But I noted that it’s just not very…me.…or typically Danish for that matter. Which of course could be a nice thing. But here, I’m just feeling…hmmm…misunderstood. As if I honestly walk around feeling godfatherish…Which I don’t.
Get a fedora. :o)
